Be it known that the President, with the consent of the Honorable and Reverend Fellows, has admitted Mr. Hayden Douglas Walker to the Degree of Bachelor of Science with First Class Honours, having previously performed all the Execrations required by the Laws and Customs of the Academy, and has granted to him all the Rights, Privileges, Dignity, Honors and Insignia which are usually granted to those raised to the same Degree.
