S.M.A.R.T. 2025

The other day, I got to attend the 2025 Symposium on Maritime1 Amateur Radio Technology (S.M.A.R.T.), hosted by the WestCumb Amateur Radio Club in Springhill, NS. I accompanied Bruce VE9QR and helped him with his presentation on 3D printing for hams by passing around example prints. I got to attend a number of interesting talks, including one on radio aboard RMS Titanic by Fred VE1FA, and the event included a swap meet where I bought a Dell PowerConnect 5324 network switch!

I had a great time and hope to attend next year. In the meantime I'd like to get more active in ham radio, as I haven't been very active since last fall.
